Challenge
Designing a single learning platform for users ranging from students to working professionals was challenging because each group has different goals, learning behaviors, and time constraints. Maintaining a consistent interface while still adapting features and content to individual user levels required careful balance to avoid confusion. Another major challenge was preventing content overload, as aggregating free and paid resources from multiple platforms could easily overwhelm users if not prioritized properly. Highlighting time-sensitive live classes without causing notification fatigue also required thoughtful UX decisions. Additionally, since the platform does not create its own content, building trust and credibility through clear information, transparency, and validation mechanisms was a critical challenge.
Results
The final solution delivers a clear, structured learning discovery experience that adapts to each user’s level while maintaining a familiar interface across the app. Users can find relevant free or paid resources more quickly and are less likely to miss important live classes due to proactive highlights and notifications. The design reduces confusion and decision fatigue by prioritizing what matters most at each stage of learning. Overall, the outcome is a scalable, research-driven product concept that demonstrates strong UX thinking, balances consistency with personalization, and serves as a solid, portfolio-ready case study.

Research
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
